Drug City Pharmacy And Liquors

Drug City is truly legendary to the Dundalk area. It's amazing how this store has so much to offer from the post office, snacks, gifts for any tourists to our region & a variety of beers & wines. It was so exciting to visit "The Fountain" again. The food was absolutely delicious 😋 & our server was so sweet. Her beautiful personality made us feel so welcome, she's definitely an asset to the Fountain .

Such a cute idea for a store. Your one stop shop. Very friendly staff. So sweet to my kids. Love the holiday decor for sale. My only gripe is that the pharmacy doesn't keep me updated on my prescriptions when they are out of stock. I have come 3 separate times where they didn't inform me my meds weren't in stock and I waisted time and gas (money). Other then that, the parking situation is a bit difficult to leave safely.

Went to return a reusable bed pad that was still in the packaging not opened whatsoever . Whomever I spoke to stated that today was the 7th day…as if that matters Bc it clearly says 7 day return policy on the receipt . On the sign there it says 7 day return policy REFUND OR EXCHANGE that’s it no fine print nor description basically stating all products. the lady thought about it & said I have to get a gift card….she seen that I was young laid back and felt as though I wasn’t going to say anything lol. I let it slide Bc my dad passed away yesterday. and I had just bought the pad for him a week ago and never got the chance to use it bc i ended up not needing it I ended up just using the regular disposable chucks i also purchased from them . I was busy taking care of him then grieving and didn’t have time to remember to return the product & I live far .plus it clearly doesn’t say anything ANYWHERE that you must get a gift card not your money back..didn’t see any sign nor is that what was said on the receipt. jokes on her Bc I loved the store as a new customer but I will never recommend anyone to shop there and after I use my gift card I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN…because wtf…. Basically said your not getting your money back and u have to spend it here while they put my UN-OPENED PRODUCT BACK ON THEIR SHELF TO SELL .very weird to take advantage of nice people the world is so ugly. highly disappointed . I questioned the cashier afterwards to verify what I heard from the lady that she asked to help with the return she was hesitant but wanted to back up her coworker so she said it was Bc it’s a medical product (which is also not stated on the receipt or on any sign) but understandable somewhat but the product wasn’t used nor tampered with literally was never opened and it was very visible that it was never opened and they both stated verbally to eachother that it wasn’t opened . If you are going to have rules it needs to be stated & visible somewhere especially the receipt and if u are gonna run a business never discriminate and always do right by people. all rules should apply to everyone and all rules should be displayed .
